I want to powder coat my hood latch assembly and hinges. My question is are the the same color and finish from the factory?

Or is there a different finish/ color I should use?

I like the spray can color "Stainless" for those parts, not a true stainless look, but a nice subtle silvery gray. fwiw

He may only do powder coating so you will need to find someone who does black zinc phosphate which really comes out as a dark gray color!
Unless you don't care if they are correct or not!
