I got Moroso #62500 mounts and the #62535 shim kit. According to Moroso's site #62500 is the correct one for a 67 Chevelle with a small block.
I'm swapping in a TH350 so I'm not sure if that matters or not.
One thing that may be suspicious is that I got a new transmission mount from Energy Suspension...Part 3-1108G. According to Energy Suspension that also is the correct part # for a 67 Chevelle. They don't list the transmission however... Again wonder if the TH350 is different enough from the Powerglide where this would be off some.... The bolts we got for it were too short and seemed like the wrong thread for the application too??? We ended up using the old existing bolts and those worked fine. Wondering now if the wrong trans mount was sent or what... The mounting orientation was correct...but perhaps it was/is too tall???
We had to shim the block up to mate with the transmission..the transmission was higher, so I'm guessing the trans mount may be the issue. I may look to get another one and see if that solves the issue.
