I have a complete factory air set up for the 66 chevelle I'm turning into an SS396, and would like to get a value difference for this car with factory air as opposed to an aftermarket system.

Factory Options always add more value to a car rather than aftermarket parts. Is the Chevelle that you are restoring a Factory Air Car?
The Firewall from a Factory A/C Car is different from a Non A/C Car. I thought it would be too difficult to duplicate the Factory Cutouts, so I took the Passenger side of firewall from a 4 Door Factory A/C Car from the top of the Cowl down to the Toe Board and separated all of the Factory Spot Welds. I Plug Welded the replacement in place at the edge of the cowl and everything worked perfectly. The Non Factory Seam that is down the middle behind the block was butt welded and the seam was ground smooth.
I made a Template of the Factory Vents on both sides of the Dash, measured twice and marked the outline. I cut the holes out with a Plasma Cutter and ground smooth.
The only give away is that the Cowl Tag is not marked for an A/C Car.
