Those are later model, probably truck manifolds.
You will need a driver side "879", and a passenger side "178" for your `69.

Casey, Is your 69 Auto or Manual trans? If auto you'll be OK with a custom muffler shop making your headpipe for drivers side. Won't be numbers correct, but it works, even has a bit more room for oil filter service.
Got the same pair on my '64.
