Have a 70 chevelle 454 LS5 with 4 spd. Production date of 01/70. Car was orginally sold in New York. Would it have been equipped with an EEC or not?The frame and gas tank has several lines and there is a vapor line in the engine compartment on drivers side front. Any help would be appreciated Thanks

If it has 80% of the parts for EEC on it already then it most likely did have the system originally. I have never heard of anyone adding these parts, just taking them off.
