I have looked at all the engine de-code lists that I know and can't find this one, it's F0819PP, I see that it it is made in Flint on August 19TH bu can't find anything that lists PP. It is a inline 6, and supposedly it came out of a 1970 El Camino. Does anyone have a more complete list I could research?

According to my manual:

PP- 250cid/155hp 6-Cylinder 1BC carb, '69 Chevrolet Truck 10-30, '69 GMC 1500-3500, '69 GMC 2500 & 3500.

None that I know of. Sorry. Most of the sites I know of are for V8 engines only.

I have L6 engine codes on my ChevelleStuff.net website but only for Chevelles; no trucks, no Novas, no Camaros, etal. Chances are if the code isn't listed on my site it's for a difference series Chevrolet.
