I am wondering where I can go online to look up the vin# and the block number, to see if my 69 camino matches.

the VIN number is on the car, it should also be on the title.
the engine would be stamped in different locations depending on big or small block.

the numbers on the engine at least the last 6 I think it is should match the last 6 digits of the vin for it to be matching numbers, although there are times this is faked to make a vehicle seem more valuable.
