Sold my 67 project after being advertised for 2 days. I guess I'm happy it didn't drag on with tire kickers etc. Was at the point for paint then interior but would have had to wait for an indefinate time until finances were healthier...that could have been a while and I didn't want a fresh engine/drivetrain to sit and degrade over time. At an age where I have to get serious about retirement savings...Age comes on too fast.

Thanks for all of you helping me and letting me gripe etc.

You all are a great group of folks.

Maybe in the next life I can be a Chevelle man again.

Chin up, Jim...there may come another day down the road. The financial pinch has hit lots of us and not just amongst the TCers. Get your priorities in line and then see what happens. Hang around here from time to time...you never know wht might turn up! Good luck to you.

My project Chevelle isnt about spending money so I can hurry up and finish it. Heck, I have never even driven my chevelle! but its my hobby and I love working on it, if it sits for a month, so be it, its mine, i love it and i would never give it up! One day I know ill finish it, but if i dont, so what. Money comes and goes, unless i was leasing my Chevelle its staying with me ... forever!
