If you come from a higher elevation, do you have to decrease the advance on the timing? and the other way around? i came from 5000ft down to about 800ft, anyone know anything about that? thanks.

Coming from higher ground you must deffently richen your jets, atleast 6 to8 points. I was running a 396 in New Mexico, when I came to Pa, I had to go from 66 to72 in the prime rys.The timing should stay the same, it dosen't know altitude changes as your carb does.
