I have a 130gph Electric fuel pump.
It turns on, motor spins but dosent suck in and push out gas. Does it need a regulator??? or is it just defective??? Thanks

I would test it with a small jug of gas to make sure it's pulling. Maybe such a thing as your drop tube is broke in the tank or something else.

My experience is that electric fuel pumps like to be gravity fed and not actually pull a suction.
