Has anyone installed an Edelbrock EFI using the Fuel Reservoir Kit? It allows the use of the mechanical fuel pump and no modification to the fuel tank as no return line is needed.
That's just a surge tank setup. It uses a low pressure pump, like either the stock mechanical or the electric style used for a carb, to fill a small tank/reservoir up front that contains the high-pressure pump for EFI. The purpose is to always keep the high-pressure pump supplied with fuel.
Thanks for the information. I didn't realize that they were that expensive. Much cheaper and probably not that much more work to use fuel pump and tank set up.
