Not trying to be a smart azz but do you really think you can get a hemi Cuda for $10,000? They are selling for up to $500,000 unless it's a convertible. If you have to ask if an Ebay auction is a scam, it usually is.

Hello,
I received your email regarding my car.
First i want you to know that for the moment I'm in England for a special reason. My cousin just died in a tragic car accident, and my real duty is to sell all he owned here, his house and this car.
The car is in perfect condition. It has a title clear wich you will receive along with the car and two rows of keys.I forgot to tell you that the shipping is free if you pay the amount that I asked. The buy it now price is $10,000.00 and I want a deposit of $2,500.00 in the same day that you`ll receive the car.
Shipping will be done via DAS and will take no more then 8-10 days.
It is made for US market and has US specs on it (speedometer in miles).
The buyer will receive this along with all papers and recipts that he needs
to register it in his name.He will receive the TITLE,keys, owner manual...
Regarding the payment i will like to use eBay security transaction like a 3`rd party to our deal.
If you really want to buy the car please get back to me, I will need your shipping address, your full name, and your eBay user id, so i can send it to eBay and start the process.
Best Regards
Stephen Woyma

I wonder if I should tell him i'll be in England for Christmas on a Company Vacation and I'll pick the car up in person. :)

What is DAS shipping??

and this:??
The buy it now price is $10,000.00 and I want a deposit of $2,500.00 in the same day that you`ll receive the car.

About a year ago I had this same thing happen to me with a dodge challenger. It was supposedly the car of the Prime Minister of hungary. Anyways, I sent several emails back and forth and it basically came down to me having to wiring some guy in New York a down payment via Western Union. I would be willing to bet any amount of money that if you asked this guy how he would like the payment it would be via Western Union. DO NOT DO IT. once you wire that money it is gone. You probably already know this but I thought I would share. I am willing to bet this will also be gone soon once ebay realizes it is another scam.

If the car is in England, I wonder why there are so many American cars in the background, and an American looking convenience store, too.
There aren't too many Hemi Cudas around, I wonder if the real owner of that car knows about this, or if someone has recognized this car? Mopar guys have a website like this one?

That's funny, I don't think that there are any "casey's" over there in england! Anyway, my big ? is that if there was a buy it now price of $10K, then why was the reserve not met when the bidding topped $10k? Super Fishy. I had someone contact me from england (supposedly) about my 67 chevelle I had on this site, same sort of story, she was gonna send me a money order for over the amount, and I was supposed to wire the overage money to a shipping company, needless to say, I still have my chevelle, and her "good & verified money" never showed up. Hope someone doesn't loose their tail on this one!

You couldnt even have bought a Hemi Cuda in the 80s for 10000 dollars. Much less even thinking of getting a small peice of it today.
