I don't understand what your asking. That's the spare tire placard that should be on the under side of the trunk lid.
It explains where and how everything is mounted in the trunk. They are available if you want to replace it.

I think what he's asking is if it's original as it has a "6-25-68" date stamp in a 70's Chevelle - i.e. were these stickers updated per model year or used as long as they were still valid/accurate.

What’s the date on your trim tag? My original sticker on my 70 was missing. I forget who I contacted but they needed to know if it used the early or late sticker. I asked what the difference was and they said the size. I measured the glue spot and the supplier supplied the correct sticker. It’s a 10D build and used the small sticker if I remember correctly.

Hi, sorry to come to the discussion late.

YES! That sticker was used on my car. I have a 5th week October '69 Oshawa build car, and among the various quirks of Canuk builds, this is one. I used to think that ONLY Oshawa cars got this sticker (which is actually known as the 69 Nova SS for its drawings), but I have recently learned from Rick Nelson that there are quite a few LS6 cars that also got them.

I took this photo personally. This comes from a one owner, 8000 mile, unmolested Oshawa car.

I have been utterly disappointed by the quality of reproduction decals that are out there. I'm an Art Director of 30 years, so quality of font usage, layout, and print quality mean A LOT to me. Some here may remember years ago (2015-ish?) that I reproduced the yellow Oshawa posi sticker. I have had further success finding and reproducing the Engine Coolant sticker and the Early and Late versions of the L34 with 4speed emissions/tuning stickers (coded DP & AR).

This jacking instructions decal is also on my list. It took me a couple weeks of evening work to completely REDRAW the illustrations, match the fonts EXACTLY, and to do the layout. I'm 99% complete on this and will be getting it printed soon. If you want dead-nuts-correct reproduction, better than anything that out there, drop me a PM and we'll talk. I have a bunch more reproductions in the works: DG & CO "Keep you GM Car..." air cleaner decals, BC & EZ tire pressure decals, engine suffix decals for valve covers, to name a few.

This is not a scan. This is completely redrawn vector artwork.

I am the second owner, first owner said all body panels are original This is the sticker, anyone seen this on an early 70's Chevelle?
Not that exact one. My '71 Chevelle SS is a one family owned car and prior to it's restoration this spare tire placard was the original. The date code of the placard is '69 so it doesn't appear they update the placards yearly.

It seems that they used the year before for the production years IE a 67 date on a 68 and a 68 date for the 69's.
I have a 68 and the decal is dated 67

Not to Hi Jack the OP's Post... But can anyone offer a good place to buy decent replacements for these and other stickers?
