My brother has his apart and has figured out for the most part how it works, but is there a trick to getting the drum that holds the cables back in the door. He has been fighting it all afternoon and gave me a call, but I have no clue. Thought I would check and see if anyone has had theirs apart. Thanks in advance.

Forget it. Tell him to go down to the Dodge dealer and buy a new window regulator assembly. They are only about 100 and come ready to go. If he can rewing that cable and get it all installed and working he will be the only guy in the world who can do it. I've been a Gold tech with Chrysler/Dodge for 6 years and I won't touch one. Besides the motor is usually what gives up and the cable breaking is right behind it-just replace it as a unit.
