When I had the glass in, sometimes I would have to roll the window up then down for the tailgate to function again not sure why. Now I'm trying to fix the handle and lock so I took the glass and regulator out and now the tailgate is just stuck closed. the mechanisms look to be working properly there's no play on the rods that pull the latch open but it won't open either way. last I had it open was the swing way and I closed it good. any ideas? now I'm stuck with the door closed and cant get the glass back in
