I need to get a driveshaft made for my '68 el Camino. It currently has the original 10 bolt under the car but will be replacing with a 12 bolt once I get it rebuilt. I'd like to get the driveshaft made now so that when I get the rear back I'll be ready to install. The current measurement is 61.5 inches from the flat part of the rear pinion yoke to the face of the tranny tailshaft. Will this measurement change when I put the 12 bolt in? FYI: it's a big block with a short tail Turbo 400.
