Anyone here use a Dragy?

given my local track is 3hr one way drive I was looking at purchasing this for some testing locally. Are these things accurate, more importantly I am looking at 60ft

No, never have gotten that far along. They are all the time coming up with all kinds of things. None of what your saying surprises myself.

Your going to get a 540” engine WITH 15psi to hook on the street to get 60’?
Wow!
there's a serious 'no prep grudge' suspension look going on right now.

From what I have seen my they are pretty accurate. My friend has one, I'll see if I can take a look at it.

Have one, highly recommend. Exporting the videos is a learning experience, but not impossible.

Use if for many of my videos. For faster cars, you can check your 30-130 not that I would know).

A friend has a Dragy and it is accurate to within .02 of a second compared to the track timeslip on his 2019 Mustang that runs mid-11's in the 1/4 mile on E85. I was given a Dragy for Christmas - have not got around yet to figuring out how to use it, but am looking forward to it.

I would say a 12.38 on a time slip vs. a 12.41 via "dragy" gets my vote for accuracy.
I have had similar results with a g-tech pro.
This one is even closer

12.32 Dragy vs. 12.29
116.39 vs 116.45

What would you call it?
Got a better idea?

It is basically just trickle down military technology...using 3 GPS satellite signals to triangulate position.

I have no idea Eric. No, I dont.

I have no knowledge of anything like that. LM2 is only device I know anything about.

I ran Innovate LM2 with Aux box for years.

Dragy is top notch, although I do wish it integrated with engine/vehicle data, for a complete picture.

Will have to look into these products as I get closer to actually using them. Lots of my plans have had stall out, so I'm way behind.

It hooks well. He runs drag radials, and I think his 60' times are in the 1.8's. The car is essentially stock but tuned to run on E85. MPH is huge - over 120 in the 1/4 mile.
