Are 1970 El Camino and Chevelle door panels the same? If not exactly the same, will they interchange? Thanks.

I think the el camino door panels are shorter than the chevelle door panels. I've heard that el camino and chevlle wagons front door panels will interchange I don't know if its true or not.
