It's pretty easy to remove the door glass. Just take your time, & don't force anything.

1. Remove the window crank & inner door handle. Then remove the door panel & inner watershield.
2. Unbolt the the rear guide & the 2 up-stops.
3. Unbolt the rear guide channel. One bolt is the chrome one on the upper rear of the door. The other is the nut on the lower corner on the inner rear of the door.
4. Next re-attach the crank, roll up the window as far as you can. It should be above the top of the door.
5. Slide the channel rearwards until the front roller is loose, then forwards until the rear roller is off. Voila!

Re-install is the exact opposite.

Good luck!

I wouldn't recommend this way on a finished car.I just did it,and on mine,if the weatherstripping hadn't already been cracked and split,it would've been directly after.
I was also lucky enough to have my actual window glass come out of the u channel. Now,its not staying put. So,I guess tomorrow Ill try to reclamp it in the u channel to get it to stay put.
I think for the passenger side,Ill try removing the vent window for a little more room.
It was worth a try! Thanks again.
