I just received an e-mail about a reunion. The reunion is for all the guys that hung together from 1966 to 1970. I have not seen some of these guys since I moved to Fla. in 1974. The reunion is in South Jersey and I can't wait. You see, I have the twin to the 67ss 396 I had back then. The only difference is that the one in 67 was a convertible and this one is a coupe. Same color, same 396, same 4 speed. Only two of the guys know that I have this car, sooo, I am putting it on the auto train and rounding the corner at the party with my 67ss 396 4 speed!!! The two that know will have camara's ready because we figure that this will blow some minds! At almost 61 years old, I don't know if it can get any better than this. And to top it off, my son and 8 year old grandson are also going-a father, son grandson road trip!!! The economy may be bad and monry tight, but this is a once in a lifetime thing so the wife and I decided to go for it. I will keep you posted. I will be in Jersey from Sept 15 to the 21st, with the reunion on the 19th. One more thing, one of the guys I grew up with is a cop in the town, so burnouts are a given!!!!!

You're right, father, son, grandson road trip, doesn't get any better. :thumbsup: Can't imagine how much you must be looking forward to it. Make sure you give us updates during and after.
