I’ve got a Casco style lighter in my 69. I just need to replace the knob. I bought a knob and element years ago but the repro ones you can buy do not fit the Casco. I suppose I could replace it all but everything is good to go except the knob is peeling.

Maybe someone sells the Casco style element with the knob? I seem to remember there being a choice of two styles and I guessed wrong. I think it came from Ground Up at Chevelleabration, so that tells you how long ago THAT was.

Scott Drake sells one for the '70 model year's, you might try them.

I saw that. Looks like a radio knob. You can get those, which are the same as the headlight and lighter knobs but the hole is larger. I thought about getting a pair of radio knobs and using one of those, but I took my repro element apart and it uses a radio knob. There is a plastic insert with threads for the element which I think I can drill out to mount on the knurled post on the Casco unit.
