This is a BIG thing in the inner city’s. Just with a little more HP and a tad bit faster. They usually go on until someone gets hit, ran over or falls out of the car. Lots of good videos out there and it’s amazing how durable the human body is…

Says he's from Middletown,NY is that considered "inner city" ? Also trying to do donuts in a FWD car can be considered a sign of mental deficiency :(

i watched that video . First off thats not a parking lot thats a down town city street. second he is not doing donuts he is driving around in circles . In my youth many years ago all of us did hole shots burn outs etc but always in the dead part of town at night never in the down town area where anyone could get hurt . IMHO the driver is an idiot a moron and a fool for pulling a stunt like that where he did it . Oh i forgot to mention he is also a lightweight in the noggin. He deserves whatever he gets . Horsing around is one thing it may not be right but you do it where its isolated and no people around not in a downtown area near a Church. I have no sympathy for that stunt . Alex

I Could never be a cop; I would've bitch slapped this mope after I snatched him out the car, and them hogged tied him and left him in a can for the garbage truck to pick up. Then donated the car to VVA. Done.

Why a mental evaluation when its CLEAR you are cognitively and spatially impared? Nope, hog tied!

Obviously he must've been doped up or he was confused by his GPS.;) In NY they let far more dangerous people than that out on the street for less. This state is going to hell and from listening to what our new govenor had to say the other day, she's clueless, and it's gonna get a helluva lot worse

hahaha, re NY : PLUS after attending my "Advanced Carry Class", I chose to NEVER carry a gun in NY again. The instructor, who is my neighbor asked me to take his " Situational Awareness" course. I replied that after the advanced carry, my situational awareness developed greatly, and now I look for cover and/or movable objects to hurl at chickenshit gunmen, as I don't want to be sued. Instructor told me lawsuit even if subject only kneecapped and not simply permanently neutralized, which was my SOP. double tap to knees, reassess.

Nope, no more.

NY article 35 makes ME civilly liable for unassing ( stopping) stupidity unless its a child kidnapping, rape in progress, and one other situation I can't recall. Great. The "candyass-ification" continues unabated.

First, the guy drives around in circles, carefully, and never hits the curb. He does this in front of a police car. When he drives off, the pursuit begins. Cops arrive from everywhere. Now he is a menace to society, and the officers have their hands at their weapons, as the guy exits his car. We do not shown the menace to society. Had the lights and sirens been started sooner, this arrest could likely have been avoided.
