Does anyone know how to decode the letters and numbers on space saver spare tires and wheels.The tire sizes are getting me to an area of what year the wheels are, 775 x 14 late 60s and early 70s - F x78 14 mid 70s - 195 x 14 late 70s and early 80s,but the wheel code are going from K30 to K10 on the same tire size and then I get a Michigan wheel from time to time.What is going on in the 1970 model year with Kelsy Hays and Michigan Wheel.I have seen them stamped both ways on 1970 cars.Kelsy Hays bought out Michigan Wheel but what week did this happen.Can anyone help on this?
