Hey ..

Is there a sourse on the net I can use for decoding BB. I hate to have to bug guys on here everytime I stumble across a new find in the search for a block for my 69ss. Well heres the next one I need decoded<G>
T0507JK this is in a 69elcamino numbers match. intrested in what HP it is.

Well JD, if it is a 69 block, it is a 396/325 TH400 from the Tonowanda engine plant and assembled on May 7, 1969.

By the way, all these engine codes are available on this site, just search by the year from the main page.

I have a list of 64-72 Chevelle suffix codes on my site:

Your JK code is for a 1969 325hp 396 w/4 bbl and turbo 400 trans.
