Hi all, my snowballing 69' Malibu project has finally gotten to the point where it is time to buy wheels and tires, as I stand now I am torn between Billet Specialties Street Light Black wheels, Weld Racing Woodward RT Black anodized. I have no current pictures but the car is satin black with white SS stripes. The weld's cost considerably more which factors in. As an aside, are there any opinions on Hoosier Quick Time tires for street/ strip?

I haven't even driven my car on the street yet and anyone that has come over to see the car in my garage have commented on how nice the wheels look. I have the regular Billet Specialties Street Lites on my car.

Hey now, I'm not asking for everyone to hold my hand through, this just for opinions. I do feel bad for wasting people's time but I would feel way worse buying wheels and then hating them.

I am partial to the Street Lites, but suppose I am biased as that is what I have on my car. For the money, they are a great wheel and look very nice, IMO.

My opinion is I dislike black wheels, especially on a dark car.

I agree about black wheels. I do like Billit Specialties. I just don't like the prices. Im too broke (some would say cheap) to afford them. Polished wheels on a satin car would look bad ass.
