Need your help crew-

Here are the numbers on my BB. Hope you can help tell me what year, HP and car it came from.

Heads:passenger side
PASS
GM13T
L971

Heads: Driver side
PASS
GM13T
L271

Block: Front Pad
121175191
TC1215CTB

Rear passenger side:
K1071

Rear driver side:
CONV 1
G (or C) M9T

According to the Mortec site I think I have a 402 ci 2 or 4 bolt truck engine. But I'm not sure about the rest of the numbers. Maybe a 1971 402ci assembled on November 10, 1971? Or is this a 396 block from a passenger car?

I think the heads are 1970 thru 1978 oval pot 402 heads, not 454. Cast on December 2, 1971?

Any idea on horse power rating for this engine? Thanks for all your help and continued support.

L971=Dec 9th '71
L271=Dec 2nd '71
K1071=Nov 10th '71
Partial vin:
1=Chevrolet div
2=1972 model year
1=Oshawa Canada assembly plant
175191=car sequence number

T=Tonawanda engine plant
C=(not sure, Canada export?) Canada engines were usually cast at (K) McKinnon plant
1215=Dec 15th engine assembled date
CTB= '72 Chevelle, Impala, Camaro 402/240hp LS-3

With this vin sequence and Oshawa plant it seems to be a '72 Impala engine.
('72 Chevelle listed as 500,001+ and Camaros not built there.)
