Let's try this again. I'm running a 468 with approximately 500 hp and 550 lb ft of torque. A rebuilt Muncie M20 turns the 12 bolt posi with 3:31:1 ratio. All of the suspension front and rear are brand new. Into my 23rd yr of driving it. Tremendous fun lighting up those 275's through 1st and 2nd!

Can we upload video's? Does anyone know.? I have a few on board videos of running it up to 5700 rpm's roasting the tires!
I got a link working from YouTube. Fun burnout with my daughter. From about 4 or so. She and her twin sister have ridden in it. This was Sam at 18 now.

We can't upload videos directly to the forum; however, you could upload them to a free service such as Vimeo or YouTube, which would provide you with a link to share your video that you could post here. Personally, I prefer Vimeo.

Here are my favorite photos of my '68 el Camino SS with a factory L34, TH400 and a/c. I bought this in 1989 from the original owner in California when I used to live there. I restored the entire vehicle with the frame on, front clip removed and stripped down to nothing but an empty body. This vehicle has very few aftermarket parts and a handful of NOS replacement parts. According to Dan Carr, out of the 5,190 1968 SS el Camino's built, only 288 of them came equipped with this powertrain configuration. And out of those, how many were sprayed Ermine white? I bought it for $4,000 with about 47,000 original miles in good drivable, original condition. It had been sitting outside under a big oak tree for about the last 10 years not being driven.

I pulled the engine shortly after for a worn cam and that is about when the restoration started.
