First car show that I've heard of....well around this area anyway. ;)

Saturday May 22, 2021 Just wondering if any of the local NJ-NY-Pa-Conn TC members are going. If I go it'll be my truck or the new (to me) Buick but I haven't had it on the highway yet never mind driving around dead mans curve. My 71 ain't road ready yet and I'm having trouble getting classic car insurance because of the no garage rule.

I’ll be in Ocean City, MD that weekend. I’ve heard good things about DMC shows though. There have been a bunch of shows and cruises here in South Jersey. I haven’t been to any...too busy with work to go to any.

I've been to two of them.

Labor Day weekend is their big show.

Both times they had about 3,000 cars.

Well worth the trip and a great location at the Mahwah Sheraton.

Can you elaborate on how big it is? Is it a small drive in or is a huge area covering acres?

I once went to a HUGE flea market in NY somewhere but I remember walking for hours, like it was a circle or a fair grounds.

I'm really interested in the swap meet, I'm trying to find some parts for my car.

Here's the club web site, along with photos and videos.

I grew up with many of these guys in North Jersey and meet them at Mecum in Florida each year when I can.

Fun is an understatement with them.

Sorry, no swap meet.

Just the coolest cars, bands, food and drinking.............................all day, all night.

Could be something new.
I never saw any parts vendors.

Edit:

I just re-read and saw that there was more than one show, one next weekend

and one on Labor Day Weekend.

The one I've been to is the labor Day Weekend Show.

That's cool.. the swap meet makes it more enjoyable since you can find stuff to take home with you.

But it says swap meet
I think this show will be much smaller than their end of summer show at the Sheraton. This weekends show is at a the Warwick Drive-in theater and I think their swap meet will be a smaller swap meet than the Etown swap meet is.
Either way just click on the link and you should be able to email them and ask them your questions.

Even though it's not as big as it used to be, thanks to ebay,

Carlisle is the place for swap meet fans.

Hershey ain't so shabby, either.
