Hello,
My 70 SS dash is vibrating at 60 mph. Its pretty rock solid up intil that 60 mph range and then it starts to vibrate really fast, almost like a quiver. But sitting still I can not move it at all to figure out where its loose. I have never had a dash out and am not even sure what to look at under there. Can someone tell me where I should probably look for missing bolts etc...?
Hope this is a good enough explination of my issue.

Sounds to me like the problem isn't the dash its more like a driveline vibration /wheel out of balance etc.

hmmm, guess its possible... Never really took this car out on the highway that much. I did just get 4 new tires and I watched them balance all of them.

SS wheels? Hub centric or lug centric wheel balancing? FWIW, I had issues in the past with hub centric balancing on the SS type wheels.

Driveshaft would be my guess, either warn out u-joints or just an out of balance shaft.

Drove the car all around today. The dash is lose somehow. Even at low speeds I am noticing it. Is there a common place for the factory dashes to come lose?
This is the factory dash and looks to me like its never been out before.
