The dash pad for my 67 Malibu cracked badly while removed for interior restoration. Now I am having trouble finding replacement. I have found reproduction pad, only in black, and I have a gold interior. Supplier says that their dash pads will not take a dye very well. What can I do? Thanks!

Check out just dashes they will redo your in the color that you need,I don't have a web address for them though. Do a search for them or look in the supplier area of team chevelle. The price for them to redo your will cost about $250.00 could be more but the work looks just like the factory pad, I think most of the repros look and fit like crap,but I did just see a 72 dash pad from O.P.G that looks really good but I don't know about the fit.Maybe they will have a nice looking one for your chevelle.

I saw that (Original Parts Group) have different colored dash pads for around $170.
