Go through the top by removing the dash pad. Should be able to get behind the cluster. The dash cluster won't come out unless you remove the entire dash. I disconnected my seat belt warning system 31 years ago. Dumb thing kept going off.

Hey guy`s new member here, looking for help to get to the dash bulbs on my 72 malibu. It has a/c and by the looks of it I can`nt get to them from underneath the dash,any tips? thanks Manuel
