I have a 1968 El Camino with guages and when I turn on the signal lights both of them light up and blink together and both of them light up when I turn on the head lights, no blinking on that though. Any help would be appreciated Thanks!

Does this also occur on the front lamps? Could be the front turn signal/running lamp ground. Front bumper makes a poor grounding point.

You might want to check the bulbs also. Make sure they're the right ones, and that they are all good.

Also check the ground wire for the dash panel lighting.It might have come loose and would do the same thing.
