I have a 68 SS396 Elco that I want to add factory air to. I was thinking of just cutting the holes for the stock ball vents in the dash bezel and metal dash. Has anyone tried this? Are the contours the same in the dash/bezel between A/C and non A/C cars?

I added those vents to my 66 malibu, they were from vintage air, give them a call to see if they have them for your 68

1964 non A/C car I bought ball vents from vintage air and cut holes in my dash with a hole saw. I had to ream a little more with my dremmel.
