I noticed if I put pressure on my front fenders it will creak and moan pretty badly. Everything on this car is brand new, even the CPP track suspension. I noticed that the sounds are coming from the two bolts that are in the inner fender (one above the other). When I go over very rough streets the car sounds like a complete POS.

Is there a way to undo the bolts from the inner fender (inside the wheel well) and the two at the bottom fender near the doors and stuff some 7/16" foam stripping and re apply the bolts to stop this noise?

I recently changed the body bushings too but the sounds were there still before.

Do you have polyurethane control arm bushings?

Yes but the creak is coming from in between the driver side inner fender and the firewall. Somewhere down there.

I think alot of my noise is coming from the hood swaying back and forth over large bumps, the area where the driver side inner fender meets the firewall, my driver side door, my entire dash moving, etc.

the hood springs are new and repo's (everything repo is absolute garbage), and my driver side door I can pick up and set back down (need to change the pins out-dont know how hard this is going to be-kind of intimidating task).

Not real hard. You will need a door hinge repair kit. It contains both the hinge pins, and new pin bushings. Most likely the bushings are what is worn the most. Make sure the door is supported when you start on the hinges, and take your time.

Metal inner fenders?
If metal do they have the rubber strip that goes on the lower back edge between inner fender and firewall?
Might be rubbing there, will make noises if left out.
The rubber strip should be on both metal and plastic inner fenders at least on the ones I have replaced.
