Bill, check with OPGI, I believe they sell the correct GM lug nuts for the 71-72 SS wheels. I think they want like $8 each, which seems outrageous. I just went with some stainless ones that looked identical

399683 is the part number...There are hundreds if not thousands of people looking for this lug nut.
The last full set I knew about sold for $1000.
