Is it possible to convert to hidden wipers if your Chevelle originally had a non hidden unit? If so , is it just a matter of drilling new holes in the fire wall?

If your model year had hidden wipers as an option you can use "factory" reproduction parts to convert it. In the case of a '69 model year (as an example) it's the WSW motor and WSW Switch that need to be replaced.
