Seems "Wet" superchargers are hard to find now, or too specific to a certain model engines.
But EFI engine superchargers are fairly plentiful and relatively cheap.
Other than not originally being set up for a carb is there anything that prevents their being converted to carb use?
My use would be Buick/Pontiac 3.8 or maybe a 1.8 MGB engine.

i think it is the seals
pumping only air vs pumping fuel/air mixture
you have the edge of rotor seals and seals at ends of the rotors need to be able to seal against a fuel/air mixture...
