I'm thinking about adding disc brakes to the front of my 64. I have SPC upper and lower a arms with howe tall ball joints on the car. I also have torque thrust ii's, so I guess that rules out C5 rotors. Is there a big difference between the C4 and C5 caliper? Would it be better to go with a hybrid setup using something like the speedtech brackets (which I think are a little too $$) or just go with a complete C4 setup? How about LS1 brakes? I'm more interested in consistent stopping power than looks, but the 13" C4 HD rotor would fille the wheel up nicely. I'd like to keep/modify my stock drum spindles if possible, too. Any advice/experience? Thanks!!
