I have my dash pad off and was in the process of replacing some of the bulbs in my gauges. Some light and some don't. The circuit panel has power but it seems that the contact point of the socket is not correct. Do you think that new sockets would help or is it time to replace the circuit panel? I think that there is a problem with the socket hitting the ground and power .
Also who makes a good replacement for the sockets?

What I found on mine was that the metal inside the sockets was dirty as well as the metal that contacts the printed circuit. Clean them up with a small piece of emery cloth or a point file, put the bulb in the socket, and check for continuity with a meter across the contacts before putting the socket back in place.
