On my 71 there were no dash pad clips on it. I was able to get some and was wondering where the two longer clips go on the dash pad? There are four smaller,(same size), and two longer.

I believe the two long ones are on the outside, and the 4 shorts are in the middle. It was a PITA to find replacements for mine, I recall.

Thanks, you are correct. I was able get a hold of an assembly manual which had them shown in there correct location.
