Looks to be the Tanks Inc 1970 tank sans fuel pump module.

someone makes a kit to put the whole fuel pump module out of a newer GM pickup in the gas tank of an older car, and i saw the one guy on Trucks! (the Powerblock tv show) make his own "kit" to do it in the '70ish Chevy pickup that they swapped a 6.0 into.. the module is designed so that fuel can't slosh away from the pickup even in an unbaffled tank and it's spring loaded so that it pretty much adapts itself to any gas tank...
