This upgrade does not require addition current draw, to the tune of buying a higher current alternator. I wouldn't go putting it on a 30 year old stock alternator though.

Stuff like an aftermarket radio and Amp or electric fans will require suffiecent current draw.

honestly, the dakota dashes are mostly LED comprised and would draw less current than the common 7 or 8 condescent lamps.

go to the web page and read about it maybe?

They come with a kit for all of the sending units. pretty much a bolt in thing. I'm sure the instructions are darn near idiot proof, but they do have a tech support staff.

Thanks, it was alot of work. I cant believe it works!

Another setup that I think looks VERY good is white faced Autometer guages in a converted sweep bezel. I've seen few of them on this site and they look sharp.
