It definitely is what I was referring to. I apologize if I hi jacked your thread in any way. I mainly spoke up because most people don’t even realize the potential benefits until they are in that situation. These two ladies were both in Georgia. The stuff that they used was definitely a higher thc content than what Georgia allowed for their medical marijuana. I guess my point was that I hate the fact that it is illegal. OxyContin is a powerful drug, even more powerful in my opinion than cbd oil. To me, cbd has the potential to provide the same relief with other potential benefits. OxyContin is the synthetic form of heroin if I am not mistaken. One of my best friend’s brothers OD’d on heroin this weekend. Guy was trying to recover, but relapsed. On the other hand, it may be possible, but I have never heard of someone oding on marijuana.

I used CBD oil and my lifter noise went away. Steering feels tighter too. Milage is about the same though. I tried a THC additive but the car just didn't have the get up and go that it used too.

Grace and Standard Oil wanted a quick ramp up of of petrol -based lubes, so they basically put every hemp farmer in American out of business in the 1920s by trying to show how it made black folks crazy.

I donnow, but "smoking medical marijuana" is sort of a joke as soon they'll be able to synthesize any part of the cannabinoid you need and deliver it quite precisely. And then what, all these growers will be dumping their weed for cheap. That's the scenario I'm waiting for...hopefully when I'm retired and can "medicate"

Magic mushrooms were just decriminalized. It passed by a slim margin.
Guess we may have to attend Burning Man someday too. It's the 60's all over again. We be styling in the SS then, not looking too out of place and of course, feeling no pain. Yeeeeehaw!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and wondering where that other gear went.

I've been making my own CBD oil for a few years now. I find that it helps the pain in my knee and lower back which can get pretty sore some days after 30+ years of abusing my body installing tile for a living. Mine has THC in it. When my plants were ready to harvest it always bothered me to throw all those leaves away, I thought there must be something I can do with them other than garbage. Dried leaves a, crockpot, and olive oil or peanut oil and a slow cook over a day or two, strain the junk out, bottle and good to go. I have a 16 oz swingtop Grolsch beer bottle full sitting on the shelf which should last me for years as you don't need more than a small drop to do the job.

I posted earlier that I started taking it for insomnia. Seems to have improved. Still wake up some nights but at least I dont toss and turn. I also have high eye pressure, on a glaucoma watch, and was being tested by specialist every 6 months. Those visits stopped with covid and finally started back up recently. My pressures were way down to the point the ophthalmologist was surprised and asked if I was taking anything other then the daily eye drops.
BS? maybe. Snake oil? maybe. Better fuel efficiency? maybe. But if there is any chance in hell this stops me from going through the pain of glaucoma or possible blindness? I will continue eating my daily home made chocolate chip cookie and dont give a flying fadoo whether it is just all in my head or not..

Have you had your knees X-rayed? If your cartilage is all gone, pain relievers of any kind won't help. TKR surgery is next for me, bone on bone pain is out of hand.

Zukes helped my dog immensely. Glucosamine/MSM chewies.

PS one of my knees is as Randy says, or half he miniscus is gone. CBD does not much. ( makes me not want to smoke cigarettes - which is good)

I am one where CBD oil works. The caveat is it doesn't work for everyone. My Aunt tried CBD but she didn't have any benefits. Her doctor was hoping it would provide her help.

There are good products from reputable companies to try.
If you want to test you are going to need to use for 4 to 6 weeks to make sure.

I was lucky that it only took about 5 to 7 days to feel relief. I have disc issues in my back and arthritis in my feet and hands. My feet first were suddenly pain free. It was amazing to put shoes on and not have pain in my toes and fore foot. I still have issues in the cold with hands and back but it is manageable. My wife can see the improvement in my quality of life.

On a trip to my chiropractor who is my CBD supplier he had some Delta 8 gummies. Man these things are the bomb if I want to sleep like the dead. If I take an entire gummy I am out for like 12 hours. I normally take 1/4 for normal night's sleep and be able to function in the morning.
