A 1958 Cameo Pickup with 1 mile on the odometer. A 64 Impala with the window sticker still attached that has 4 miles.

Lambrecht Chevrolet of Pierce, Neb., was like many Midwestern, small-town dealers — owned and operated by a family, with minimal overhead and little need for advertising since most customers were neighbors. Ray and Mildred Lambrecht ran the dealership with just one employee for 50 years before closing up, and later this year the Lambrechts will sell off a trove of 500-odd vehicles they've held onto over the decades — including roughly 50 with less than 10 miles on their odometers. It's less a car sale than a time capsule auction.

Question: restore or leave intact? Personally I think the Cameo would make a fantastic reference for a qualified resto shop or dedicated home-brew restorer.

A car with 1 mile can offer a lot of insights, but also can present a surprising amount of damage just for sitting all it's life.

I made hotel reservations, Closest is Yankton SD now everything is sold out in Norfolk for that weekend. SO it looks like a pile of people are coming.

I've asked that same question, What in the hell would you do with the ones that are low to no miles? leave them as is?, Wash them then leave sit?, Or do you drive them? Modify them? Museum pieces? It'll be interesting for sure.
