Carpet before dash? (70)

Finishing up the wiring and dash install is next....

Question: I have heard it is better to install the carpet 'before' I re-install the dash back onto my 70? Does it matter?? I had planned hold off carpet install until later. Thanks.

As stated, 2nd to last before the seats and kick panels.

You don't want to be tripping over and mucking up the carpet trying to install the dash.

Plus, you'll hear where the screw lands when you drop them better without the carpet :D
