Wondering what carb would work best with this setup.

436 cu (402 bored and stroked)
Scat crank and rods
GM performance aluminum heads
Comp cam - Xtreme energy - 276/282 .510 lift
Edel. RPM Air-Gap intake
Edel high flow fuel pump
Hooker headers
Original Muncie 4 speed with 3.31s

Currently running a Holley 650......

I want to produce the most power but still be streetable.

What John said. If you're going to drive it on the street get a carb originally designed for street use. SA 770 would be great.

a 650?? ouch

My 9:1 compression 427 picked up 7mph in the 1/4 going from a holley 750dp to a demon 850. I also went from a corvette high flow pump to the edelbrock 110 pump. My 850 is perfectly streetable. Adding a wide band air/fuel ratio setup also helped with tuning.

I bet the throttle response with that 650 is killer though! I have a 600 on my 396 and it's almost too responsive! I just crack it a hair and throws you back. My wife always complains....!
