Not sure how to post pictures here but i have a steel deck car trailer with 2- separate ramps, the ramps hang on the back of the trailer with a lip (one on the trailer and one on the ramp) when going up or down the trailer the ramps tend to flip up and hit the bottom of the car, a freind thought he had the remedy and beveled the edge that lays on the pavement, but they still flip up, and suggestions? i think i have seen people C-clamp the ramps to the trailer -- but not sure how tight or secure this clamp would have to be.. thought about drilling some pilot holes and passing a piece of rod threw it but this would require quite a series of holes as all cars require the ramps to be in diffrent positions and if you pull off or on the trailer in a diffrent place it would be off-- any suggestions on this? thank you!
