I have a United Products 9000# twin post auto lift.It`s about 3-4 years old and just the other night I went to lift my car up, when it lifted it up to where I needed, it lost pressure and slowly dropped down to the safty stops.As it drops it sounds like the motor is turning.I filled the tank with oil,thinking it was low but that did`nt work.Has anyone ever had this problem?

Not familar with your lift but it sounds like you have a bad check valve letting the fluid back threw the pump spinning the motor backwards and lowering your lift.
