I've run another question regarding my production data project.
The 1970 Chevrolet option totals report apparently only counts
U.S. built cars. The popular figure quoted for the number of '70
LS6 cars is 4,475. This figure, however, comes from the option
totals report, so it is a U.S. total. I'm wondering if any additional
LS6 cars (or any big-block cars, for that matter) were built in
Canada in '70 ?
There were 25,938 2-door V8 Malibus built in Canada in '70.
Did any of these have an SS package, or a big-block ?
If anyone has a *documented* '70 big-block car built in Canada,
that was originally sold in the U.S., please let me know !!
PS: The jury is still out on weather you could get Cowl Induction
in '71 or '72 on anything besides the 454. Any info is appreciated !
