Does anyone know if I can change the cam in a 70 chevelle BB without pulling the grille and bumper?

Nope, no A/C

It's tight, but you should be able to so long as you remove the hood latch and support bracket. You don't need to pull the bumper to pull the grille either. Just remove the fender extensions to gain access to the 4 screws on the sides of the grille and out it comes.

Frankly?? I'd rather pull the engine. Way less trouble.

I did a cam swap in the car with a big block and as stated all you will have to do is remove the hgood latch and the bar that goes down from it.

YES,have done it mult times in 70 chevelle without removing grill/bumper even with AC. But you have to be very carfull of condenser when lifting it out of the way to remove/imstall cam and you also have to move the hood latch support over approx 1/4" or so to get the last few inches of the cam out when removing it.
